Compatibility & fit
Surface mounted hinge for coldroom, cold store and walk-in freezer doors. Chrome plated body with a stainless steel pin.
Leaf and frame adjust between 63 mm and 100 mm in height, so one hinge covers a range of door and frame offsets. Available for CoolMax, VN and YL door systems — choose the brand above.
Rated to 60 kg. If you are unsure of your frame offset, send us the door weight and lip depth and we will confirm the fit before dispatch.
Installation
- Offer the hinge up to the door edge and mark the fixing centres.
- Drill and countersink for 8 × 5 mm screws.
- Fix the frame leaf first, then hang the door on the pin.
- Adjust the leaf height between 63 mm and 100 mm until the door sits square in the frame.
- Check the door closes flush and the seal compresses evenly on all four edges.
