How to measure your gasket
Four quick measurements are usually all we need to match or manufacture a replacement gasket. No special tools required — a measuring tape is enough.
Outer length & width
Measure the full outer edge of the door or panel the gasket fits around — the outermost point to outermost point, both horizontally and vertically.
Groove width & depth
If your gasket sits in a groove or channel, measure the width of the channel opening and how deep it runs. This tells us the correct profile to manufacture.
Corner radius
Most door gaskets have rounded corners. A rough measurement of the corner curve (or simply "sharp" vs "rounded") helps us cut an accurate fit.
Magnetic strip type (for magnetic door seals)
Note whether the magnetic strip is a single continuous strip or segmented, and roughly how thick it is. This matters most for beverage cooler and refrigerator doors.
Shortcut: If measuring feels fiddly, just photograph your existing gasket next to a ruler or tape measure and send it to us — our team can usually extract the dimensions directly from the photo.
